1. Overview This document outlines the terms and conditions of the Loc-Doc Security Cell Phone Repair and Replacement Plan ("the Plan"). The Plan is designed to provide employees with cost-effective repair and replacement options for only company-issued cell phones and related accessories.


2. Features of the Plan


a. Screen Repair


  • A screen repair service is available for $50 per incident.

  • A waiver for this cost may be issued at the discretion of the mobile specialist. 

  • A claim must be filed to redeem the screen repair service.

Pace Development Key Jobsite Safety Procedures


Purpose: These bullet points highlight some key takeaways from Pace Development that they expect us to follow when working on their job sites. These should be followed in conjunction with the Employee Safety Manual. These are non-negotiable and failure to follow these points will result in you being removed from the job site.


• Unsafe and hazardous conditions must be immediately reported to a foreman or project manager onsite.

• All accidents must reported immediately to a foreman or project manager onsite.

• Fire extinguishers should be immediately accessible on each job, provided by the subcontractor.

• Barricades, signs, and other controls must be used to limit general public access to hazardous areas.

• Eye protection MUST be worn when engaged in drilling, cutting, sawing, chipping, grinding, or any other activity that produces any eye hazard.
