Profit Sharing Program

Goal:  Encourage teamwork and personal responsibility.

  • Monthly Gross Margin Target

  • 9% off all Gross Margin OVER the target is shared with employees

  • Reports are given Monthly (First Wednesday, following the first Monday)

  • Payouts are calculated per employee (see chart & description)

  • Qualifications for Full Time Employees post Training completion
